WHY DO WE NEED TO COLLECT AND STORE PERSONAL DATA?
Omni Tech typically does not collect any data, but in the rare event that we collect a minimum of data in order for us to respond to your requests, questions, service requirements, and correspondence purposes, we at Omni Tech are committed to ensuring that the information that we collect and use is appropriate for the purpose (legitimate interest), and does not constitute an invasion or your privacy. If we wanted to contact you for marketing purposes we would ask you for additional consent for that purpose.
WILL WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH ANYONE ELSE?
No. We have no need, and unless mandated by the authorities, will never pass the very minimal personal data that we may have on to any third parties.
